This Phra Chaiwat Mongkolbophit amulet, also known as the “Miniature Buddha with internal chime,” was created in B.E. 2500 (1957) at Wat Mongkolbophit, Ayutthaya. Crafted from a brass-gold alloy with gold gilding, the amulet features a chime bead (“kring”) inside, producing a resonant sound when moved — a distinctive characteristic of this sacred piece.

This miniature Buddha amulet was empowered in a grand consecration ceremony by several highly revered monks of the era, including:

• Luang Por Jong (Wat Nadtang Nok)

• Luang Pu Thiam (Wat Kasattrathirat)

• Luang Por Un (Wat Prayat)
